Exploring Mental Health in Games: Why I made a Game about my Eating Disorder

In 2014 I was diagnosed with an eating disorder. In recovery from laxative addiction I developed and released a game. This talk will look at how and why games are great tools for exploring mental health and well-being as well as future directions.
