NESpectre - The Massively Multi-Haunted NES

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Learn about how we utilized Node.js, socket.io, and Azure to create an interactive multi-user experience in which the audience manipulates a modified NES game console in real-time. Audience members will use their mobile devices to influence the outcome of several live demos. This is a great session for hardware hackers, homebrew cartridge enthusiasts, JavaScript and Python geeks, and anybody who loves a good story about random, 48 hour collaborations and the magic of game festivals.
